Inspire Designer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Inspire Designer to join our dynamic team in Chennai or Pune. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in designing and maintaining templates using Quadient Inspire Designer, as well as managing end-to-end workflows with Inspire Production Server and Inspire Scaler. This role requires strong technical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain templates using Inspire Designer.
• Manage and configure workflows in Inspire Production Server for efficient document processing.
• Handle multi-threaded processing using Inspire Scaler to ensure high-volume and high-performance output.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and implement document design solutions.
• Conduct troubleshooting and performance tuning of Inspire-based processes.
• Ensure compliance with document design standards and data security policies.
• Provide support during implementation, go-live, and production stabilization phases.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Suite:
• Inspire Designer
• Inspire Production Server
• Inspire Scaler
• Strong understanding of document composition and workflow management.
• Experience in handling high-volume customer communication systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve design or performance issues.
• Familiarity with integrating data sources (XML, JSON, CSV, etc.) into templates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
